As a senior project manager, Bill has almost three decades of engineering experience in the study and design of water and wastewater treatment systems, pumping stations, and pipelines. He brings seasoned knowledge to his role as a project technical lead, but he likes that there’s always more to learn to benefit the team and the project.
Bill enjoys mentoring and providing direction to his team as the regional sector leader of water treatment for our US South region. He has worked on projects across the United States and Canada. The Springtree Wastewater Treatment Plant’s lime sludge thickening and drainage systems improvement project in Florida was a highlight. He’s also part of several focus groups looking to identify more per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) water treatment, desalination, and reuse opportunities in the southern states.
When he’s not busy with water systems, Bill is equally as passionate about keeping fit as he is about rescuing animals, especially feral cats. He enjoys spending time with his six cats—two of which are tame enough to live under his roof!
